Shipping & returns

Morrowtail is not accepting orders yet. There are currently no shipping times, shipping charges or return instructions to promise.

Before launch, we will verify the exact product, fulfilment route, tracked delivery performance and duties/tax position for New Zealand and Australia. Only then will we publish dispatch times, delivery estimates and any shipping threshold.

We will also publish a clear returns process alongside the applicable consumer-rights information before orders open.
