Shipping & returns

Delivery information

Tracked delivery is free to Australia and New Zealand. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability. Other destinations, where available, show their delivery charges before payment. Morrowtail will not substitute another product without your agreement.

Current fulfilment guidance is usually 1–3 days processing for most orders, followed by approximately 15–25 days in transit for the Smart Feeder. These are supplier and carrier estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is sent when the fulfilment partner makes it available. Products may arrive in separate shipments when different fulfilment routes are used; each available tracking update will be sent separately.

If an order has not arrived within the estimated range, contact Morrowtail so the shipment can be checked with the fulfilment partner.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact Morrowtail with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where relevant. Do not return an item until return instructions have been provided. Morrowtail will assess and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Change of mind

Morrowtail does not promise change-of-mind returns. Please check the selected model, price and delivery details carefully before payment. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand or Australian consumer law.

Delivery support

If your parcel is late, missing, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact Morrowtail first. We will investigate the carrier record and provide any remedy required by applicable law. A paid delivery-protection add-on is not required to receive those rights.

Include your order number and any useful tracking or delivery information. If tracking says delivered, check the delivery location, household and any carrier photo or safe-place notice, then contact us promptly so the delivery can be investigated.
