Privacy

Morrowtail collects the information needed to operate the store, including contact, delivery, order and support information. Shopify and selected payment, fulfilment, analytics and communication providers process information only as needed to provide those services.

Morrowtail does not ask customers to send passwords or full card numbers by email or through the contact form. Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.

You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, or ask a privacy question, by emailing morrowtail@gmail.com.

Store terms

Product prices, available variants, delivery charges and any taxes are shown before payment. An order is accepted when Morrowtail confirms it. If an item cannot be fulfilled, Morrowtail will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

Product images and descriptions identify the item offered, but screen colours and minor production details can vary. Any material substitution requires your agreement.

Use products only as directed. Smart devices support a routine but do not replace fresh food, water, equipment checks, veterinary advice or human welfare judgement.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand or Australian consumer law.
