Which Smart Feeder option should I choose?
Choose App for scheduling and feeding controls or Camera for those controls plus a live view. Review the exact selected option, price and product guidance before ordering.
Where does Morrowtail deliver?
Tracked delivery is free to Australia and New Zealand. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability. Other destinations, where available, show their delivery charges before payment.
How long will delivery take?
Current fulfilment guidance is usually 1–3 days processing for most orders, followed by approximately 15–25 days in transit for the Smart Feeder. These are estimates, not guarantees; tracking is sent when available.
Can products arrive separately?
Items may be dispatched separately when they come from different fulfilment routes. If that happens, each available tracking update will be sent for the relevant shipment.
Can I combine a bundle discount with a promo code?
No. Bundle discounts and promo-code discounts do not stack. If more than one discount is eligible, only the applicable discount shown in your cart or at checkout will be applied.
Will the feeder replace daily pet checks?
No. Keep fresh food, water, equipment checks and human welfare judgement at the centre of your pet’s routine.
